As an intermediary, we facilitate the booking process between clients and vendors. We do not collect payments from clients

Vendor Terms and Conditions

All cancellations and refund requests are governed by the specific terms and conditions of the vendor (venue) involved. Clients should review the vendor’s cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Client

Clients must refer to the vendor's cancellation policy for details on fees and timelines associated with cancellations. We recommend clients contact the vendor directly to discuss any cancellations or changes.

Cancellation by Vendor

If a vendor cancels a booking, they will communicate directly with the client regarding any applicable refunds or alternatives. We recommend clients stay in touch with the vendor for updates.
